Attack

The Ideal attack requires that your opponent starts in front of you in a left fighting stance. They shuffle forward delivering a left jab toward your face followed immediately by a right straight punch toward your head.

Defense Pattern

3. Pivot clockwise as you deliver a Left Horizontal Finger Thrust to your opponent's eyes and a Right Front Snap Ball Kick to your opponent’s groin. At the same time execute a Right Hand Grab to your opponent’s right arm (sliding to the wrist) and Pull it diagonally and down past your right hip.

4. Plant Forward towards 1:30 into a Right Neutral Bow Stance on the inside of your opponent's right leg and deliver a Right Horizontal Inward Elbow to your opponent's sternum or head. Left Pressing Check to your opponent's right arm.

5. Execute a Right Pressing Forearm as you move your right hand in a clockwise motion from the right side of your opponent’s face to the left.

6. Left Gauging Step toward 1:30 then immediately deliver a Right Two-Finger Hook to your opponent's left eye and a Right Front Scoop Kick to your opponent's groin while you deliver a Left Heel Palm Thrust to your opponent’s sternum.
