The Smart Girl Self Defense™ Class was founded by Heather and Mike Winkeljohn. AIK presents several of these workshops each year in association with their program.
This high-energy class is designed for women and girls. It focuses on awareness, avoidance, and practical skills using the Distance, Time, Safety framework.

The Distance, Time, Safety class is the foundation class for all other Smart Girl Self Defense Classes. In this class we will:
