Class Level: 101

Distance, Time, Safety Class

February 1, 2025

The Distance, Time, Safety class is the foundation class for all other Smart Girl Self Defense Classes. In this class we will:

  • Examine the reality of Danger

  • Discuss the Plan of action

  • Establish a basic Defense

  • Explore how to deal with common Attacks

  • Learn how to Fight fiercely

Class Level: 201

Valkyrie

The next level class for self defense training in the Smart Girl Self Defense sieries is the Valkyrie class. In this class we will:

  • Explore defense against Tackles

  • Learn Advanced kicks

  • Examine counters to Chokes, Grabs & Holds

  • Establish a basic understanding of Weapons
