The Distance, Time, Safety class is the foundation class for all other Smart Girl Self Defense Classes. In this class we will:
Examine the reality of Danger
Discuss the Plan of action
Establish a basic Defense
Explore how to deal with common Attacks
Learn how to Fight fiercely
