Falcon: One-handed grab from the flank
The Ideal attack requires your opponent be attacking you from your right flank (4:30). He is grabbing your right shoulder with his left hand and driving you forward.
1. Left Step Forward toward 10:30 into a Left Forward Bow Stance with a Left Pinning Check to your opponent's left hand.
2. Pivot into a Right Neutral Bow Stance (facing 4:30) while delivering a Right Outward Knife Hand to your opponent's throat.
3. Left Front Thrusting Ball Kick to your opponent's groin and Plant Forward into a Left Neutral Bow Stance (facing 4:30).
4. Perform a Left Front Crossover and Cover Out toward 10:30.
Though there are similarities between techniques named here the techniques taught in the different branches of the Kenpo family also have notable differences.
